What Causes Bloated Stomach, Lower Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Spotting Before Periods?
Hi,am 20 years old,on 8th this month,I had unprotected sex but my boyfriend was withdrawing when cuming,I was expecting my periods on 12th but nothing happened.Yesterday I started having bloated stomach,cramps and kind of bloody discharge that is so light,what might be the cause and what should I do?

Hi,
Light bleeding or spotting at the time of usual expecting period date can be a sign of pregnancy. It is better to check urine pregnancy test first and if negative then you can go for transvaginal ultrasound to know the exact status of uterus.
