Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms of bloating, pain under rib cage, back pain, pain around the shoulder are all suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Upper GI endoscopy is needed to assess the status of esophagus and stomach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri,
