What causes me to bloat whenever I eat or drink anything? I seem to feel bloaty and uncomffotable all the time. I do drink a lot of water, and citrus tea. Spicy foods seem to irritate my stomach the next morning too. Lately I ve had a lot of heartburn.
Hello I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern I see such patients in my clinic routinely and I will try to help you as well in best possible way
heartburn and excessive bloating could be due to GERD, gastritis, hiatus hernia or aerophagia (swallowing of air) thus could be related to stomach hyperacidity in my opinion you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks omeprazole group of drugs with antacids will definitely help you if persists even after all this please consult a gastroenterologist for endoscopy or an scan study
Hope this addresses your question please feel free to ask for follow up questions i will.gladly answer you wishing you good health
