What Causes Bloating Along With Severe Pain In Abdomen?

Started out severe bloating horrble pain several places abdomen. Took probitics and digestive enzymes. Some bloating gone some tender areas gone..now stabbing pain lower right rib.throbbing and starts to enlarge a deflate size of half lemon and feels like something wants to burst. After it subsides i am left with the stabbing pain if i stand straight or move wrong way. Also feel lump just right of where it inflates about half inch below rib.

Hi,
Bloating abdomen means fullness and tightness of abdomen and some times pain over upper abdomen or lower chest.
stomach bloating could be due to gastritis,dyspepsia,Erophagia,irritable bowel syndrome,peptic ulcer,or uncommonly due to bowel obstruction, crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
You should undergo routine blood investigations with urine and stool examination for R/M and ova or ultrasound of abdomen or upper GI scopy if required.
Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but symptomatic treatment can be given.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones, antiprotozoals or amoxycillin derivatives)and anti helminthic (albendazole) with proton pump inhibitors and prebiotics and probiotics.
You must consult your gastroenterologist for detailed medical history and thoroughly clinical examination and get it diagnosed first.
