Hi,

Gastritis and abdominal bloating can occur with all the medications you have mentioned namely-iron tablets, Aspirin and paracetamol. I would suggest you to take proton pump inhibitors like Rabeprazole, half an hour before food in order to reduce any burning sensation or gastritis. All the drugs you have mentioned should be taken after food.
