What Causes Bloating And Pain In The Abdomen Along With Backache?

Good afternoon I have got a problem in my stomach. I always have a bloat stomach. I feel pain in in the upper and lower stomach. I feel like not eating because if i eat i feel pain if i eat a small amount of food i feel like my stomach is full i also have a backache. It s more than 10 years now and i don t know what this problem is and what medication i can take. I need your help to know what is the problem i m suffering from. Thank you

Hi,

So far as symptoms narrated here, there are multiple possibilities which have to be considered as differential diagnosis like:

- Stomach issues
- Chronic gastritis with or without ulcer
- Narrowing of the outlet
- Problems with parietal cells
- Intestine issues
- Duodenal ulcer, Crohn's disease or others
- Liver problems
- Chronic hepatitis or else
- Gall bladder, bile drainage system, pancreas issue
- Diaphragm or hiatus hernia related, GERD from various conditions
- Systemic issues as hyper cholesterolemia or others.
Systemic work up is mandatory before commenting on the treatment.
