What Causes Bloating And Swollen Breasts Post Medical Abortion?

I had a medically necessary abortion two weeks ago. I went to a private doctor. Today I returned for my check up. I'm no longer as nauseaous, but I am terribly bloated, irritable, hormonal, breast are engirged and the pregnancy tests show a fairly dark positive. Is this normal? The nurse who did my post exam told me to wait 2 more weeks and then retest. If I show positive, I must return to the doctor. I'm confused. I bled very little a very dark brown for 1 week and 3 days. It was a high risk pregnancy. The nurse told me to give it 2 more weeks and find back. After 2 weeks they would discuss options, if necessary. Why would they not check is a sonogram rather than just a urine test. I'm concerned because of the risk to the baby and myself I was facing. They didn't seem that concerned, "they said it sometimes happens." I was 9 1/2 weeks so how could an aspiration not have returned a positive result. I'm RH negative and used my saving to pay for a private procedure due to the risk. Should I be scared?
