Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you describe could be caused by many medical conditions.Mostly like causes in your case may include:
-Digestive bacteria, viral or parasitic infections
-Diverticulitis.Once divertivula form, they remain for life.Reinfection is possible. With a past history of diverticulitis to the left, right is possible.
-Inflammatory bowel diseases
-Digestive cancer/polyps
-Appendicitis
-And other causes....
I will suggest you see the Doctor or a Gastrologist for examination and investigation.Tests like a stool exam/culture, abdominal ultrasound or CT scan may be very helpful in diagnosis.
Your treatment will depend on underlying cause.
Hope this will help
Best regards
