Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Bloating, Cramping, Burning, Diarrhea, Fatigue And Bone Pain?
is a hypoechoic structure in endometrial stripe measuring 8x4x8 along with a prominent amount of free fluid in the pelvic cul-de-sac of great concern. I m 42, have symptoms of bloating, fullness, cramping, burning, off and on pain, diahreah, fatigue and bone pain.
1.Hypo echoic structure with surrounding fluids - most possible cause could be endometrial polyp followed by endometrial mass lesion. 2.To confirm the diagnosis an endometrial biopsy will be helpful. 3.The symptoms you mentioned are more of acute gastro-enteritis - which might need a course of antibiotics with diet rectification. 4.Bone pain / musculoskeletal pain are generally seen in any infective condition. 5.I would suggest to see your GP and get a course of antibiotic and more of liquid diet, fibrous diet for better bowel moment. 6.Further evacuation for the endometrial lesion.
Good luck. Hope i have answered your query, any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask. http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-ganesh/62888
