General & Family Physician 's  Response
HELLO,
i can understand your concern.
i would like to know your age and medications you are using for copd.
certain medications of copd do lead to symptoms of gastritis and bloating.
since you have stopped smoking it is a good sign.
i would suggest you to undertake mild physical activity which would hepl in reducing the bloating.
i would also advise a digestive enzyme syrup like bestozyme 5ml three times a day which would help in relieving the symptoms.
since the abdominal scans are normal you need not worry about it.
do get back to us with the medications you have been following.
hope you are satisfied with the response.
thanks for choosing HCM
