What Causes Bloating, Nausea And Headache During Menstruation?

I haven t had my period for 3 month s I ve taken 5 pregnancy test all negative i have only had slight bloating an nausea an head aches but still no period or spotting an negative pregancy test i m unsure wat is going on also i drank 2 beers an was completely wasted I have never been one to get drunk of 2 beers an have hangovers might be completely unrelated tho....

Hi,
If you have always been regular with your cycles and this is the first instance where you had a missed period, please consult a specialist right away for further evaluation. If pregnancy tests have read negative consistently, a blood test may be performed along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the cause. Once pregnancy is excluded, hormone status is assessed and further management is planned accordingly. Please maintain a healthy diet, regular exercise and a healthy weight. Hope this helps.
