What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen After The Menstruation?

Hi. I just got off my period but I feel bloated, my stomach is getting larger and firm. I did take 4 pregnancy tests and they were negative but a little bit of liquid came out of my nipple and my stomach is super bubbley feeling and uncomfortable to lay on. It s only been 8 months since I gave birth to my daughter. Do you think I m pregnant again ? I have been eating a lot of dairy lately. I have been having really bad gas and headaches more like migraines!

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bloating and gaseous distension is most likely due to taking a lot of dairy products.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
I suggest you to restrict the dairy products and consult a physician if the discomfort persists.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
