What Causes Bloating Of Stomach After Having A Miscarriage?

My wife had a miscarriage in February and since then has had a feeling of being bloated. It gets worse around her cycle. When she eats, she quickly feels full and she has also noticed her abdomen is slightly larger/distended. Perfectly healthy 33 y/o woman before the MC. What do you think???
