What Causes Bloating Of Upper Abdomen Along With Swelling In Hands?

Hi I am a 50 year old male with a hx of substance abuse alcohol prescription meds on and off for 15 years, my health was alwasys better than average and is still very good i have just finished rehab and i have been clean for 11 mos. I have just started to feel upper abdominal bloating under diaphragm. Also i have noticed my hands would feel swollen aswell my wife said it might be to much salt have had a lot lately but find it strange that i would feel it in upper ab area

it appears tobe cirrhosis of liver. get liver function conditionondone get clinicalassesment of liver . i hope you have left drinking get examined by physician and and asses clinical condition of liver like enlargement.because of your earlier habit you have already have cirrhosis of liver. but if it was advanced then it is irreversible. solet physician watch for progress. avoid drugs of hepatotoxic in nature.
