What Causes Bloating, Vomiting, Nausea And Upper Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea?

I just got the results of a cat scan and it says I have slight prominence of pancreatic head. I am bloated and look six months pregnant. I vomit after I eat anything and I am nauseated most of the time. I have pain in upper abdomen and at belly button site. I have diarrhea all the time and have run a slight fever lately. What does this mean?

have pregnancy test. if positive take tab pregnidoxin.get treated for diarrhea. maintain hydration.you need to be treated for your problem separately for each can be treated for gastritis. take bland diet and avoid fast and deep fried items refrain from taking alcohol and smoking. donot take hot tea and coffee.
