What Causes Blockage In Ear & Nose In Patients With High Bp?
Hi, I am 40 years old, 163cm and 85kg. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, currently controlled within safe limit with daily medication. I am experiencing left ear drum cum left nasal blockage together. When I bend my head down, backward or to the sides, stretching my neck, 90% of the time both the blockages will be cleared immediately, and will block again immediately when my head is backed to the upright position. What is the cause of my problem and what should I do. Regards.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a sinus infection or an inner ear disorder. For this reason, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam and performing a sinus X ray study. In the meantime, I would recommend using nasal drops decongestant.
