Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be:
1. Ear wax
2. Exudates seen in otitis externa may hardened
3. Foreign body reaction
4. Perforated tympanic membrane with pus

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult with your ENT specialist, he will see through endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
