What Causes Blocked Nose,nasal Voice,snoring And Mouth Breathing?

Hi! I was wondering if i need to consult with a doctor. I have had difficulties breathing through my nose for many years, my voice is nasal, i am snorring a lot, and when i lie down, i almost cannot breath through my nose at all and need to breath through my mouth. I dont believe its just a cold since it has been like this forever, i just thought it was supposed to be like this. What do you think?

there may be some anatomical defect of your soft palate. or it may be neuromuscular functional problem. you need be get check up by an ENT dr . and if it's like so, then u might need palatoplasty . first try to reduce your weight,if you are obese.
