IHAVE BLOOD AND PROTAIN IN MAY URINE feb 12 KUB I HAVE A BELATERAL SMALL NEPROLITHIASIS AND I HAVE A STONE 4.2MM THEN AFTER MAY URO TOLD ME TO STONO GRAM THEN THE STONOGRAM TELLS THATS THRE IS NO FINDING MY DOC TELLS ME THAT THERE IS NO STONE.THEN SHE TELL ME TO URINE TEST AFTER URINE I FOUND BLOOD AND ACIDIC REACTION.BUT MAY DOCTOR IS GOING SO I DID NOT COMPLETE MY CHECK UP.THANKS A LOT GODBLESS
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. It is clear from the findings that you have kidney stones, which due to damage to the mucous tissues could have caused bleeding leading to appearance of blood and proteins in urine. Generally, kidney stones of less than 4 mm can pass through the ureters fairly with little obstruction and get excreted in urine. During the course of its passage, it might have injured mucous tissue and bleeding could have taken place. Kindly do a through follow-up in this regard to make sure that the stones have been expelled out without causing obstruction or injury to the tissues. Hope the information provided helps.
