What Causes Blood And Pus From Vagina?

I have a slight discomfort in pubic area. I found a bump and thought it was a zit/ ingrown hair. Plunked it and blood and pus came out. But now its better. I am having discomfort after I void. However, my urine has a slight smell. Sediment and I have lots of discharge. Would u know what it could be. I been trying to drink more but it hasnt helped much but I can continue. Please give advice.
