What Causes Blood And Pus In Stool?
My 16 year old daughter has had problems for several years with blood in her stool but it looks to be a fistula and takes a stool softener when the problem arises. However, now she is excreting pea sized pus filled sacs in her stool? What are these called and what may be the underlying cause?

Hi,
It seems that she might be having Fistula in ano giving rise this problem.
There might be having sinus drainage opening inside and out side anal canal producing pus drainage pus filled sacs in the stool.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
