What Causes Blood Blister At Trimix Injection Site?

I use trimix injections for erectile dysfunction. Today I used the injection and it produced the erection, but there is a giant blood blister, or so it appears, at the injection site. No pain, but it looks like a bubble. Is it dangerous? Is there anything I can do, or is it like routine blood blisters that it will go away on its own.
