Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blood blister under the big toe in left leg . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like pressure on particular site on foot or due to anatomical abnormalities . I would suggest you to consult podiatrist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically to see if the is any pressure or stress point on foot . Doctor may recommend particular type shoe pads or ortho shoe to relieve the pressure point or correct the abnormality . For now put your foot in hot water tub with one spoon of salt , take proper rest and wear shoes while walking .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
