What Causes Blood Clot Discharge After Discontinuing Levlen?

Hi i started taking levlen almost three months ago because of heavy bleeding i stopped for on the last day i finished my periods .FOur days after i started bleeding with clots i cant be on my periods i dont know whats causing that.i havent taken levlen since last day of my periods.PLease help
