What Causes Blood Clots And Irregular Bleeding During Periods?
My period was due on 19 and when I went for shower had one clot of blood and few drops. I thought I had my periods but whole day nothing and next day also nothing. Checked pregnancy test which was negative. Had unprotected sex 14 days after my period in the previous month.

As there was unprotected sex after 14 days of period (which is considered a very fertile period of woman menstrual cycle), I would doubt for possible pregnancy. If your previous menses cycles were totally regular on 28 days cycle, I would recommend a repeat urine pregnancy test or beta HCG report of blood in lab for confirmation of menstrual delay.
