General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned ,please follow:

1) Do your urine checked for PUS cell [RE/ME]

2) Do an ultrasound scan lower abdomen

3) Do kidney function test. Add AB-CEF-200mg twice a day & [ALKASOL-P ] 3 times per day upto 10 days

Do not worry at all and it is a minor case. I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
