Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

From your history it appears like you are suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding.
I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for combination tablets containing Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days of your heavy bleeding with clots.
At present if you have no active bleeding then please use low dose oral contraceptive pills like Overall L for 3 cycles. Take 21 tablets regularly at a specific time of the day and restart new pack after a gap of 7 days after finishing the 21 tablets.
This will help to regulate your menses date wise and will help to reduce and normalise the bleeding.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
