Hello. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hematuria has many causes, including vigorous exercise, sexual activity, viral illness, trauma/injury, or infection such as a urinary tract infection (UTI). In the given conditions, it can be almost made certain that the blood content should be due to sexual activity. This is normal because you had sex three times which could be too much. Still, if the symptom persist, you should consult a doctor for physical investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. You can contact me for treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
