i have had cramping since a month ago for the last few days when i need to go poop i get a sharp pain down there . now the last time i went . i had blood and mucus come out. and still felt like i neededto go poop when i didnt. also farting a lot and have wetness and some red blood come out

these sympotms are typical of inflammatory bowel diseases and its a matter of concern since they are premalignant....irritable bowel syndrome may also present with same symptoms....colonoscopy and investigations advised
