Hello and welcome to HCM,
It needs to be confirmed whether the blood is being passed from urethera or from vagina.
A clinical assessment by a pediatrician is required to know the site of bleeding.
If blood is present in urine, then a routine urine examination and an urine test for blood needs to be done.
Presence of blood in urine could be due to kidney disorder and thus kidney functions need to be assessed in that case.
If the bleeding is from vagina then it could be due to trauma or onset of menstruation.
Menarche is known to occur as early as nine years and it is irregular in initial months.
Thus, a clinical assessment is required to come to any conclusion.

Thanks and take care
