What Causes Blood Filled Blister On The Vaginal Lip?

Hi I am 54 years old and I have noticed alike blood blister on one site of my vagina lip. There is no pain, no leak or any symptoms. I had my OBGYN exam couple months ago and she mentioned to me that she noticed some changes but there were no symptoms. I tried to see her but no availability and I am moving away from the area

Hi,
It seems that there might be having atrophic vaginitis giving this problem.
This can be due to depletion of estrogen level at this age.
Application of estrogen cream will help.
Consult Gynaec and get clinically examined.
Keep local hygiene proper.
