General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
The blood in anus or around anus or from anus may be due to these reasons , these includes.'
1 Hemorrhoids as this is most common cause of bleeding from anus . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon .
2 Fistula in anus as this is most ( 2nd ) common cause but in this condition usually patient feel pain and usually discharge ( blood mixed with stool ) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a doctor.
3 Ulcer in lower part of large intestine or carcinoma ( cancer ) . Get in an ultrasound of colon ( large intestine ) . As sometimes due to ulcer there starts fresh blood from large intestine. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a primary care physician .
In my opinion please deal as I mentioned above.
Good luck.
