What Causes Blood From Left Of Clitoris After An Unsafe Sex?

About three weeks ago, I had unprotected sex. For about a week now, my vagina has been very irritated and itchy. Today, it has not been a problem,at all, like all the irritation went away. A few minutes ago, I wiped and saw a little blood, but shortly after, I noticed the blood was only coming from the left side of my clitoris. Yesterday, I shaved, and I had a burning sensation while urinating only twice after I had shaved. Could this be an STD? Or a yeast infection?

Your presenting complaints may be due to protozoal or bacterial or yeast infection, which spreads through sexual intercourse mostly.

I would advice you to,
1. Maintain good self hygiene by washing your vagina with soap warm water regularly.
2.  Have safe sex
3. Use soft cotton undergarments
4. Avoid feminine products
5. Take Antibiotics (flagyl / antibiotic pills or creams) for a week or candid V1 for 6days vaginal tablets
