What Causes Blood From Mouth And Pain Below Rib?

Hi. blood comes from my mouth but not frequently after 6-8 months since last 1 year I am feeling sweet pain below my rib though I have done endoscopy ex ray blood test all are normal only CT scan i have not done please help me.. Age - 39 Height 5.10 Weight 75 kg
