What Causes Blood From Mouth While Spiting?

At night I floss, brush, and rinse with anti-cavity. In the morning I rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash. Then when I spit from my mouth there is blood. I have had a cough for some time, but when I cough the mucus and spit comes up clean but if I suck my cheeks and spit, it has the blood, so i am guessing my gums/throat is the source. What could be goign on?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain it seems that there is no problem associated with your throat and the gums seems to be infected leading to Gingivitis that is inflammation of the gums and when the gums are stimulated while brushing or flossing there is bleeding from gums that appears in the spit..
Another cause that can cause gum bleeding can be mechanical trauma caused due to vigorous brushing or flossing leading to injury to gums.
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case of gum infection scaling followed by gum paint application can help.
In case it is due to trauma being gentle while flossing and using a soft tooth brush for brushing that too in gentle motions can help..
