What Causes Blood From Penis During Urination?
i went to pee this morning and felt a pressure build up then blood squirted out of my penis pressure gone i then urinated at no time was there any pain 3 hospital sonogram testicles liver and kidneys all clear i have urinated numerous times at hospital and no pain urine has no blood or signs of infection wtf happened.

Blood in urine is commonly due to trauma to the urinary tract. Trauma is commonly due to stone in urinary tract. I suggest you to get a urine examination to look for any crystals in urine.
