General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to dry nose. For that you can apply nasal saline drops. Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, blood pressure monitoring after consultation. Avoid hot and humid environment. Avoid forceful blowing. You can apply lignocaine jelly locally.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
