What Causes Blood In Semen Along With Frequent Urination?

I am a 53 yr old male I am having problems with frequent urination at night, but the main problem that has occurred the last couple times that I have been receiving oral sex from my wife, When I ejaculate there is dark and bright red blood that comes out of my penis. Please tell me why this is happening?

I understand your concern.
Well, from your description, it appears that you could be having urinary tract infection. Due to erosion of mucosa and due to pressure while ejaculating, the damage to mucosa could have resulted in bleeding and appearance of blood in semen.
Kindly get the following tests done.
1. Urine microscopy examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for appropriate administration of medications and its management.
