General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that it is due to some local trauma in prostate, prostatitis etc. Mostly He should go for USG prostate, PSA, routine blood test such CBS, ESR and then revert back.
In case if infection Antibiotics will be prescribed. No need for Any STD checkup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
