Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
What you both need is use
barrier contraception ( condoms) as a confirmatory test that is this due to the blood going in his meatus (opening) of the penis during intercourse with you. Its because sometimes during vigorous intercourse minor vaginal bleed gets into the meatus and it comes out with the seminal fluid. It may also lead to
balanitis if there gets an infection of the
glans penis.
He is unlikely having
prostate cancer and also no chances of urinary infection as we have a negative test report.
He needs only precautions aforementioned. Say him to keep good hydration and don't urinate before intercourse. He should urinate right sometime after ejaculating. It flushes all the remainings of intercourse and seminal remnants inside.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
