What Causes Blood In Semen With Pain In The Testicles?
I have a bleeding sperm problem after intercourse, I was suggested for a USG, the report mentioned as bilateral virococeles and I even started getting pain in my right testicle followed with the left one in a gap of 5 days,then I went to a urologist and he prescribed me with Enzoflam for 5 days & Zo 200mg for 10days.

Hello,
Consult a urologist and get evaluated.
Probably blood stained semen is seen is conditions affecting the prostate or seminal vesicles.
You can also go for a urine routine as urinary tract infection can also cause similar symptoms.
