What Causes Blood In Semen?

Hey I am a Im a 19 year old virgin, I am aldo diabetic. I was abstaining from any sexual actuvity for 3 months. I tried madturbating recently and noticed that there is blood in my semen, it is red and does shoot out forcefully like it did before. I have no pain and didnt injure thst area. What can i do?

there might be some irritation in the tract..i would suggest you to drink much water avoid masturbation if this happens again contact your urologist on next available visit it doesnt look like an emergency though.
