In general, some drugs such as birth control pills you can use to regulate your menstrual cycle. Some of the preferred drugs used to delay safe menstruation are Noretisterone. Use of this drug should be done 1 week before the next menstrual periods come until you finish your prayers continuously 2-3 tablets per day.
