General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query on Healthcare Magic.
I have read your query and understand your concern, We're so sorry for the delay in responding your query, I hope your problem is clear.

In general, some drugs such as birth control pills you can use to regulate your menstrual cycle. Some of the preferred drugs used to delay safe menstruation are Noretisterone. Use of this drug should be done 1 week before the next menstrual periods come until you finish your prayers continuously 2-3 tablets per day. Menstruation will return to normal 2-3 days after the drug is stopped. But, I would like to suggest you to discuss it firstly to a gynecologist.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
