What Causes Blood In Stool After Alcohol And Cocaine Consumption?

I ve consumed some alcohol and cocaine and afterward had some bright red blood in my stool and when I wipe... Should I be concerned? I ve had problem with my bowels the past 2 weeks I ve had blood tests and all has come back fine but I m wondering should I be worried about this? Is it an emergency I m a hypochondriac

It is possible that the bleeding may be due to the trauma from your bowel movements since you said that there was an issue with bowel movements for the last few weeks.

It may also be due to hemorrhoids, this is also a common cause of bleeding on wiping.

More serious causes should be ruled out by visiting your doctor for an examination and possibly imaging.
