Sir, I have done an Appendix operation in the past few days. Hamad medical corporetion A few days ago, I went to the little blood with my toilet and now it does not matter, there is no pain, only the toilet should feel a little swollen, what medicines do I use? Hi,

I understand your concern.

From what you are describing, I noted that you are suffering of hemorrhoids following appendectomy surgery.

Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels in your anus. When stool is passing, especially if hard stool, then, these blood vessels get broken. This is associated with blood you see in your toilet.

Regulating your bowel movement can reduce the swollen hemorrhoids and bleeding.

Can use Prep H intra-rectum after each bowel movement. Keep good anal hygiene.
Take psyllium (fiber) supplement and lactulose to ease the bowel movements and soften the stool.

Try to be more physically active and eat more fiber rich foods; drink more water and fluids.
