What Causes Blood In Stool After Anal Sex?

Hi, I had anal sex with my boyfriend earlier around 6:30 pm. He only entered once before I asked him to stop. After I had pain but then it was just an uncomfortable feeling for a while. When I returned home around 7:30, I went to the bathroom, having the urge to make a bowel movement. When I looked in the toilet I seen what appeared to be a nice amount of blood, mixed with the water and my bowel movement. Should I be very concerned?

It may be due to minor abrasion and associated bleeding. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
