Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here as its been only 7 days post surgery , it is usual to experience pain on activities , as the wound still needs some time to heal completely however blood in stool may not be normal, except if u r facing constipation as Constipation is common post surgery, especially with the use of narcotic pain medications u might have been taking constipation can lead to bleeding hemorrhoids which may be the cause of ur rectal bleeding however GI bleeding should be investigated, as rectal bleeding is never normal and i would strongly suggest you to get in touch with ur dr to rule out any underlying problem I hope it helps Thanks & Get well Soon
