What Causes Blood In Stool And Cramping While On Blastocyst Transfer?

Hi doc i am 35 and this is my I had 2, 5th day blastocysts transfer on 27th may.now I am on my 8thdaypost transfer..I had bleeding from stool ( slight fresh blood like a streak, red in colour) on my day 6 and day 8..) and mild to severe abdoinal cramps on and off..other than this no other symptoms are seen..pl somebody help..can I be pregnant..I am on progestrone support from the day of egg retreival
