I have blood in my stool and just noticed it I feel good and has some diaharria earlier in the day could it be from that or should I go in to the er not sure it a real emergency thinking about seeing if it s any better in the morning or should I not so that

Blood in your stools is something thqt you should always take into consideration as it can be a first sign of a more severe diseases as inflammatory colitis or colo recatal cancer.
