What Causes Blood In Stool And Pain In The Abdomen?

Hi! I was wondering what causes weird varying bowl movements, varying amounts of blood in stool, persistant abdominal pain, sometimes sever pain during bowl movent, when feeling like i need to go more even tho theres nothing, always feeling tired even though ive had sufficent sleep, body aches, constant headaches, and dizzy spells

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
These are significant symptoms and possible causes are various and you should do extensive gastrointestinal work up. It includes colonoscopy and ct scan. This may be just hemorrhoids but also polyps or colon tumors. You need to check your red blood count to rule out anemia which may be first sign of colon cancer.
